Conditions of registration
We impose conditions of registration to which the provider must adhere. These conditions are set out below.
The registered person:
- must display the registration certificate
- may care for no more than 20 children from 2 years to under 5 years at any one time
- must not provide overnight care
- provides care in the following areas, the main hall and room 1 and occassional use of rooms 2, 4, and 5 and associated facilities
It is an offence for the registered person not to comply with the conditions of registration without reasonable excuse.
