Pre-School Miscellaneous

Thank you for your interest in our pre-school. We hope you enjoy using our website and find it helpful.

We are always interested in improving our pre-school so will be grateful for any help. There are regular fundraising activities.

Our needs include baby wipes, tissues, dettol spray, envelopes, scrap paper, craft materials etc.

Car Parking at Pre-School

Dear Parents/Carers

Some of you will have noticed that the car park has been re-marked and the bays are now clearly painted. It has been noted by other users of the premises that cars are being left in the car park while the pre-school session is running and after the session has ended.

The policy at KMC is that car park bays are for the leaders of the groups that are run within the building. Parents are allowed to use the car park to drop off and collect the children only. If you are going into the town you will have to move your car from the car park.

We thank you for your co-operation in this matter.

April 2010 Newsletter

Dear Parents/Carers

Welcome back after the Easter Holidays. We hope you enjoyed the lovely weather and didn't eat too much chocolate! We would like to welcome Marie back onto the staff. She was on Maternity leave having had her third daughter and is now back in the fold.

Lucy is starting on the Post Graduate Early Years Professional Status qualification on 14th April for 6 months. She will be attending college on Wednesdays. We wish her well and will see her on Mondays and Fridays.

Liz Holman (Olwen's Mum) is doing a run on 18th April for Pre-School. Please can you sponsor her. We wish her all the best and thank her very much. If you have any fundraising ideas please don't be shy. Pre-School really benefits from any additional funding done by you.

Our theme for half term is "The Sea". The children will be creating an under the sea display in our book corner. We are hoping to get a children's sofa for our book corner but if you know of anyone who is getting rid of one we would put it to good use. Ales has tried Freecycle in Congleton but has not been successful. An inflatable one wouldn't be suitable.

Dates for your Diary

14th April: Group Photo for Pre-School.

26th April: Pre-School meeting, 8pm at Pre-School.

19th May: Pre-School AGM at 12 noon, approx.1 hour. If you would llike to attend then your child can be looked after at lunch club. We will need to know if you require child care for that hour so we can get staff cover.

Many thanks

Lucy, Alex, Marie, Ruth & Leigh
